Hey, thanks for stopping by…..

When you started your business – was it because you had a tremendous passion calling out to you?

Did you begin with joy in your heart, thinking  that each day would be spent doing what you loved most?

Do you feel as though you never have time to do what you love, because you are forced to do all those other things that it takes to keep your business going?

The fact is few entreprenuers really get to do the things they are best at doing.

Instead, they end up doing the dirty work of keeping the bills paid, bringing in new customers, keeping the books up to date and on and on until they no longer have any time left to enjoy their original passion. Usually this is due to budget restraints. Perhaps it is just too expensive to hire additional employees.

Do you know the true purpose of an employee? Their purpose is to make you money pure and simple. It seems that many “would be” employees have forgotten that purpose. Employees that don’t make your company money become a huge burden on your cash flow.

As your business grows, hire employees to do the things you really don’t enjoy doing. If you don’t like to make cold calls, hire someone to do this for you. If you dread paying vendors and balancing your bank accounts, hire a bookkeeper. You and your business will stand a much better chance of surviving if you hire out the things you don’t like doing.

Let someone else do what you least enjoy doing. It will allow you the time to do what you do best.
